Welcome to Archival Solutions.

Many of us have a box in a closet or the attic whose contents resemble the image on the right. To some, this may look like a pile of old stuff, but to others it is history, and at Archival Solutions we believe that history matters. Our goal is to help individuals and institutions devise and implement plans to preserve the elements of their past, such as correspondence, photographs, scrapbooks, mementos, company ledgers and records, so they can be useful to present and future generations.

With over twenty years of experience in historic archives and research, Archival Solutions is committed to providing efficient, professional, and discrete service. We invite you to take a look around the site and learn more about how Archival Solutions can be your solution. Don’t forget to check out the Portfolio tab to see some of our exciting projects.

How We Create an Archive

  • Conduct complementary initial consultation of the materials to be preserved and organized
  • Develop a customized archival plan
  • Prepare an inventory of the collected items
  • Organize and preserve the materials in appropriate, archival housing

Archival Solutions guides you through the often overwhelming process of converting the scattered boxes of family mementos and documents into an organized, preserved collection. People wish to pass on their family history to future generations, but do not know where to begin. Every project is unique, and Archival Solutions handles each with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

The result is an organized, historically relevant archive that will benefit you today as much as it will future generations. If you wish to donate your collection to a corporate, college, or local history archive, we can help make arrangements.

Archival Solutions also offers comprehensive digitization services to complement the physical preservation of your collection. This allows you to share your collection with family near and far.
